SDP Ltd house tenancies predominantly run from: 1st July – 30th June, however please contact us if you require a different time period, we can always help!

Step 2: View Our Superior SD Properties Accommodation

View a Superior Student house
Experience at first hand the quality, location and suitability of the house
Failing to commit could result in the property being rented to other students within 24hrs! They go that quickly!

Step 3: Secure your Superior SD Properties Accommodation

To secure your SD accommodation all prospective tenants need to be present
Choose which Payment Plan is best suited for your needs level 1,level 2 or level 3
Upon signing your tenancy agreement, the following payment plan needs to be agreed:

£200 – holding fee then becomes your deposit held by the DPS (The Deposit Protection Service)
One off non returnable Administration charge of £60

4 Post-dated Rent cheques, a completed Standing Order or Debit/Credit Card Arrangement.

22nd June - 15th October - 15th January - 15th April

We do accept all major credit and debit cards (if preferred method of payment)

The arrangement of payment dates has been specifically tailored around your student loan dates for student financial ease

PLEASE NOTE

CONTRACTS ARE NOT SECURED UNTIL GUARANTOR FORMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE SUBMITTED!

Step 4: Collection of your keys.

Halls - Please log into the Shu Start website and book a key collection time. We shall then meet you down at the property.

Houses- Please arrange a day and time when you can pop into the office and collect your keys.
