Step 2: View Our Superior SD Properties Accommodation

• View a Superior Student house
• Experience at first hand the quality, location and suitability of the house
• Failing to commit could result in the property being rented to other students within 24hrs! They go that quickly!

Step 3: Secure your Superior SD Properties Accommodation

• To secure your SD accommodation all prospective tenants need to be present
• Choose which Payment Plan is best suited for your needs level 1,level 2 or level 3
• Upon signing your tenancy agreement, the following payment plan needs to be agreed:

£200 – holding fee then becomes your deposit held by the DPS (The Deposit Protection Service)
One off non returnable Administration charge of £50

4 Post-dated Rent cheques (or Direct Debit/Credit Card Arrangement)

1st July - 15th October - 15th January - 15th April

We do accept all major credit and debit cards (if preferred method of payment)

The arrangement of post-dated cheques has been specifically tailored around your student loan dates for student financial ease

CONTRACTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL POSTDATED CHEQUES ARE SUBMITTED!

 

Step 4: Collection of your house keys

Your keys are posted to your home address at the beginning of your tenancy agreement, unless you have made other arrangements.
