You then can decide on either a joint or individual tenancy agreement

Upon signing your tenancy agreement, the following payment plan needs to be agreed:

• 1 - £200 Holding Fee - Payable in cash (once the tenancy has started this becomes your bond - returnable at the end of your tenancy agreement)

• One off non returnable Administration charge of £50

• 4 Post-dated Rent cheques (or Direct Debit/Credit Card Arrangement)

• 1st July • 15th October • 15th January • 15th April

• We do accept all major credit and debit cards (if preferred method of payment)

• The arrangement of post-dated cheques has been specifically tailored around your student loan dates for student financial ease
